Ethical Conduct and Anti-Corruption

All business practices must be clear, transparent, lawful, and legal, with respect and honesty in all dealings or modalitiescarried out in the marketing of goods. The company combats and does not toleratecorruption in any form, including extortion and bribery. It is aware of anti-corruptionrules and ethics, especially the prohibitions against bribery by its representatives or thirdparties related to them, targeting public administration officials, whether domestic orforeign, private companies, or individuals, regardless of the amounts involved. Thecompany refrains from any form of payment, donation, gift, entertainment, transportation, sponsorship, charitable donations, or other items that may becharacterized as bribes or kickbacks. It also refrains from promising, offering, orproviding, directly or indirectly, any undue advantage to secure business withcompanies interested in acquiring its products.

Workplace 

The company values a friendly, respectful work environment that is attentive to individual and collective needs, promoting changes and improvements whennecessary.

Everyone has the right to be considered for appropriate work, and the organizationcomplies with applicable labor laws and regulations, including those governing workinghours and relevant industry practices. The organization provides adequate access to a clean and safe workplace, including drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene facilities for all employees and contractors at its locations.

The company must ensure the safety of its employees by maintaining its equipment to avoid workplace accidents. It also provides good facilities with clean and safe environments for both work and breaks. All employees must undergo training to understand the processes related to their roles, machine operations, routines, and work practices.

Declaration of Compliance with Tax and Labor Obligations 

The company declares that it strictly complies with its fiscal obligations, including the collection of social contributions, payment of fees and taxes, and adherence to labor laws regarding its employees, all of whom are regularly contracted.

Salaries and employment contracts must comply with labor laws, and workers mustreceive their entitlements according to minimum wage levels and working hours. Overtime must be voluntary and not imposed.

Supply Ethics 

The company has a Supply Ethics Policy documented and available to interested parties, and it is also shared with its market partners.

Declaration of Repudiation of Child and Forced Labor 

Child labor is neverpracticed under any circumstances. Children must be respected and cared for. Childlabor is prohibited. The Company publicly declares and assumes its stance against childlabor and forced labor (slave labor) and makes it known that it demands the same stancefrom its suppliers, not tolerating any contrary practices.

Prevention of Discrimination and Harassment 

The Organization prohibitsdiscrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by applicable law. Respect must be given to all races, religions, ages, and beliefs. The Company does not condone prejudice or any form ofdiscrimination.

Policy on Safety, Environment, and Health 

The Company continuously develops thecompetencies of its employees on Safety, Environment, and Health matters, involvingemployees, suppliers, communities, competent bodies, and other stakeholders, recognizing that the management of Safety, Environment, and Health is fundamental and a priority for all its activities, consistent with the Mission, Vision, and Values ofAMENIX. Promoting health, human protection, and environmental safeguarding bymonitoring risks and ensuring proper emergency management.

The Company prioritizes socio-environmental concerns and advocates for the reuse ofall materials possible in production. It practices conscious use of materials and wastemanagement and disposal to avoid harm to the environment. The Company followssustainability practices as outlined in its Amenix Sustainability Plan, which details allongoing actions to reduce environmental impact. The Company respects the LGPD – General Data Protection Law, ensuring that all personal or registration information is protected and treated confidentially, respectfully, and with due privacy.
